Orders
I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?
Before contacting our customer support, please check the following:
- Please check your mailbox for a shipping confirmation.
- Check your tracking information.
- Make sure your package isn't with a neighbor.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can easily cancel your order. Please contact our customer support:

Can I add more items to my order later?
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to add items to an order that has already been completed. If you would like to order additional items, please place a separate order.
I received the wrong item, what can I do?
If you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you didn't receive
- The item you received instead
- Photos of the item you received
Once we receive all of the above information, we will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?
If you accidentally provided an incorrect address, please contact us. We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped to the correct address. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, no changes can be made.

DELIVERY
How long is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 2-3 business days within Austria.
We pack and ship as quickly as possible; orders received by 9:00 AM are often shipped the same day.
During peak times, such as the Christmas season, minor delays may occur.
Which shipping service provider do you use?
We offer DPD, GLS, DHL, Austrian Post, and UPS as shipping partners.
Please note that we try to select the most cost-effective shipping partner for you, regardless of your pre-selection.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. You can view all shipping rates and costs for each country under Payment & Shipping.

Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will always be sent to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact our customer support.

Can customs fees apply?
We ship all orders from Austria, so there are no additional customs fees or charges within the EU.
If you place an order outside the EU, customs fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and cannot be covered by us.
RETURNS
How long do I have to return an order?
For all orders, we offer a 14-day return policy. The return period starts on the day your package is delivered and runs until the return date.
NOTE: DIRTY, DAMAGED, OR WORN ITEMS, AS WELL AS ITEMS WITHOUT PRODUCT PACKAGING, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
We ask that you only order what you really need, as the environmental impact of returns is twice as high as if you only order what you need. Therefore, we do not cover return shipping costs.
How do I return a return?
To make returns as easy as possible, please follow these steps:
- Select your order using your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) and the reason for your return.
- Pack all items in the condition in which they arrived. For the sake of the environment, you do not need to print and send additional packing slips.
Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed, in case your return is lost en route to us. This is the only way DHL can reimburse you in an emergency.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
The refund will be processed as soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse and passed our quality inspection. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
If the return does not meet the return conditions and fails the quality inspection, it will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
